After receiving good news from my suppliers and my assay office I am thrilled to be able to reopen the online shop, with orders currently being crafted in my sweet home studio.
I hope everybody is and has been following the safety guidelines imposed on the country, and the world, to avoid spreading the Covid-19 virus, and I am taking every precaution to make sure that your jewellery is produced in a safe and sensible way.
My family and I are following all social distancing guidelines and staying home. Regular hand-washing and sanitation of objects and common touch points is second nature every day, and I take particular care when making orders to ensure the cleanliness of all tools, packing materials and jewellery.
Some postal services have been running a little slower than usual, so please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive with you in case there is a small delay. Please also bear in mind that other businesses might be running on fewer staff in order to maintain good hygiene and social distancing measures - the assay office, for example, where your jewellery might be hallmarked - which could result in a small delay. I think we should be proud of the creative solutions that many of our businesses and traders have implemented in order to get things moving again during this time, your patience will be appreciated!
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Please don't hesitate to get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
Finally, thank you, thank you, thank you for supporting this small business. Wishing you good health, and please stay safe.
